Note:
Thank you for your interest in click fraud. We strongly suggest that you notify your Hosting Company to save the log files of your site (IP addresses connected) as far back as they can retrieve the history. Request that they send the log files to you, so that you can prove your claim. If you already have access to your log files, you may transfer them yourself. Make sure you keep copies of all correspondence with your hosting company.
Upon acquiring the log files, if you would appreciate having additional backup and professional analysis, you are welcome to send the files to us at logfiles@igeryon.com using subject FW: Backup of Server Log. Compress them using Zip or a similar format, and include the resulting archive with your email, as an attachment. Emails received with the wrong subject, or lacking an attachment, will be discarded by this system. Attachments will be scanned for viruses. We will examine every valid submission, and will store the files for future reference.
